Small Nantucket Basket, Nantucket, Massachusetts, c. 1897, the low circular form with two fixed heart-cutout handles and turned mahogany bottom, (minor loss),ht. to top of handle 3 1/2, dia. 7 1/2 in.

Note: A pen inscription on the bottom reads: "Edith from Mother August 4 1897."
