Cast and polychrome-decorated stucco, 33 x 23 x 4 3/4 in. (84.0 x 57.5 x 12.0 cm),framed.
Condition: Multiple losses, surface cracks, retouch, surface grime.
N.B. This relief sculpture after the Florentine artist Antonio Rossellino shows the Virgin seated with the Christ Child on her lap, holding a bird in his hands. It is named for the candelabra festooned with garlands behind the figures.
