Provenance: Ex-collection Charles Percy Parkhurst (1913-2008),Williamstown, Massachusetts. Parkhurst was a part of the so-called Williams Art Mafia. He worked as a museum curator, professor, and was one of the "Monuments Men."

all exhibit toning, there is a small rip to the corner of New York Bay, the Ferry at Brooklyn is with blemishes and a rip in the margin, and some rippling to New York. Only two with plate marks
