Oil on canvas, 22 x 32 1/2 in., unframed.
Condition: Very minor retouch, areas of craquelure, minor losses, stretcher in need of repair.
Note: A handwritten label on the reverse reads "Hudson River Steamboat Co./162 Perry St. New York."
