N.B. This multiple was created by Koons to reference his colossal work Puppy of 1992 that sits at attention at the entrance to the Guggenheim Museum Bilboa. The Guggenheim Puppy depicts a West Highland terrier covered in flowers, reminiscent of both an 18th century formal garden and a parade float. The Puppy presented here isn't covered with flowers, but it is a vase meant to hold them.
