Eight-leaf Flower Painting Album, China, in the manner of Zhang Xianghe (1785-1862),entitled Zhang Shiling Xieshengce, each leaf depicting a group of various flowers, plants, and trees in a close view, using boneless technique without outlines, all bearing a seal reading "Zhang Xianghe yin," the wood cover with a title, date, and signature with a collector's seal reading "Lishi Zhencang," a collection number on the bottom right corner, color on silk, painting 11 3/8 x 11 in.
Provenance: From the estate of Kai Suhr, who supplied Chiang-Kai-shek's army in China between the years of 1938-1939.
