Akstafa Long Rug, Southeast Caucasus, late 19th century, the navy blue field with four large red, ivory, and medium blue gabled medallions flanked by confronting fan-tail birds, with small polychrome stylized rosettes, octagons, latch-hooked diamonds, and other geometric devices, all within an ivory latch-hooked-pattern main border, multiple reciprocal trefoil minor borders, 9 ft. 5 in. x 4 ft. 1 in.
