East Anatolian Rug, 19th century, the ivory field with an allover design of alternating hexagonal and shield-type medallions inset with double latch-hooks, enclosed by small diamonds in shades of medium blue, red, burnt orange, and aubergine, all within a chocolate brown contiguous diamond and "S" motif border, 7 ft. 8 in. x 3 ft. 10 in.
