Large Grand Army of the Republic Ceramic Presentation Decanter, Vodrey & Bros. Potting Co., East Liverpool, Ohio, 1890, the footed decanter with gilt accents and lettering, with a central enameled flag to obverse and reverse, and dated "1890," reading "162 G.A.R. Dept of Penna to 159 G.A.R. Dept of Mass," (imperfections), ht. 23, wd. 15 in.
