This table is structurally in good condition, is quite stable, and with no major replacements or repairs. There is a small patch to the fixed half of the top at the hinge. There is a small loss at the right hinge. There are cracks and repairs to the brackets between the apron and legs. The top has a slight warp. There are remnants of an old grain-painted surface under a newer refinish.
