Ivory Okimono of a Bird in a Nest, Japan, 18th/19th century, carved from one piece of ivory, the nest inlaid, incised, and stained, possibly made of bone, the bird with incised details and stained eyes, signed "Gyokuseki" in an oval reserve, ht. 1 1/2 in.
