Signed or inscribed indistinctly l.l., titled and signed or inscribed ".../P de
Wint" on the reverse.
Oil on paperboard mounted to canvas, 12 1/8 x 18 3/4 in. (30.7 x 47.8 cm), framed.
Condition: Lined, abrasions, broad washes of retouch to sky, fine craquelure, surface grime.

Provenance: Purchased by the current owner from Richard B. Faber in 1999.

N.B. The sale of this lot will benefit the Worcester Art Museum, Worcester, Massachusetts.

Also inscribed faintly "Peter de Wint" on a label affixed to the stretcher.
