Oil on canvas, 17 3/4 x 24 in. (45.0 x 61.0 cm), framed.
Condition: Lined, restored tear, retouch, scattered small abrasions, surface grime.

Retouch as follows: an L-shaped line measuring 1 x 1/2 inch located center left, 5 inches in from the left edge at the base of the mountain; two dots in the landscape below the sheep, the larger measuring 1/4 inch diameter; a 2-inch line plus some scattered dots above the rock on the right side; also along the outer edges of the canvas to blend the edges of the original canvas into the lining beneath.
