Untitled (Diptych), 1988. Unsigned, identified on a gallery label affixed to the reverse. Toned gelatin silver prints, wood, Plexiglas, glue, nails, and tape, overall size 35 1/2 x 57 in. (90.1 x 144.7 cm),unframed.
Condition: The print on the larger piece is affixed to the front of the Plexiglas and is not protected, prints have creases, folds, tears, losses, and abrasions typical of the artists' work, discolored glue.
N.B. The imagery in this work is based on John Singleton Copley's Watson and the Shark (1778) in the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
