Two Molded and Reverse-painted Fish Plaques, attributed to Atterbury & Co., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, late 19th century, the two oval plaques, one mahogany with ebonized band, one black-painted and gilt, each with applied molded glass fish figural groups in high relief with colorful reverse painting, one plaque with partial label on reverse reading "PEARL and IDE/Fish of the British Islands taken from best authorities," each with further handwritten provenance notes indicating early ownership on Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, ht. 7 1/2, wd. 14 3/4 in.
