The proofs and early states of the woodcuts printed on lightweight tissue, mounted in a small handmade single-signature book, with rough blue paper covers, a handwritten title page in Craig's hand, signed, with a dedication to Percy MacKaye, with the original mailing envelope, each proof signed, inscribed to MacKaye, and numbered with a note on the state and number of copies printed, 5 3/4 x 4 3/4 in.
