(1791-1873) History of the United States of America, London & New York: Tallis, , six volumes, lacking the title page in volume one, with maps, facsimiles, and illustrations, bound in uniform publisher's blue cloth, blocked in blind with central gilt ornaments on each board, fancy gilt spines, some internal spotting, boards a bit dinged, some frayed corners and spine ends, some volumes becoming slightly decased, 11 x 7 1/2 in.
