Group of Civil War Documents and Newspapers, c. 1861-65, document and discharges, letters, Confederate States Almanac, Richmond Daily Examiner, as well as other newspapers, autograph of Bennett H. Young who led the Saint Albans, Vermont, raid, a note and autograph from Confederate Lieutenant Colonel Luke W. Finlay, and some South Carolina paper currency.

Some of the newspapers have wear and are fragile, currency is also fragile, many of the letters and documents are in very good condition.
