Sergt. E.J. Rice by Co. C./22nd Regt. N.G.N.Y., a sword with a gilt-brass hilt, shagreen and wire-wrapped grip, engraved steel blade, and a blued-steel scabbard with brass fittings, and a sword with a gilt-brass hilt, shagreen and wire-wrapped grip, engraved steel blade marked SPRINGFIELD/ARMORY/SPRINGFIELD/MASS. U.S.A., and a steel scabbard with brass fittings.
