Blue and White Incense Holder and Scroll Weight, China, possibly Ming dynasty, hourglass-shaped incense holder with a hollowed base and a central opening, the lower register depicting a dragon chasing a pearl in the clouds, the upper register depicting a Buddhist lion playing with a ball, four-character name on reverse, ht. 4 1/4, the scroll weight mallet-shaped, with a hollowed base and central opening, the sides depicting a dragon chasing a pearl amongst clouds, a band of scrolling leaves and flowers at the top, ht. 2 3/4 in.
