Kawase Hasui (1883-1957), Four Color Woodblocks, Japan, A Cloudy Day at Matsue, 1924; Shirasagi Castle, 1948; Morning at Nijubashi Bridge, 1930; and Kude Beach in Wakasa, 1920, all signed with seal, published by Watanabe, oban tate-e, to 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 in.
Condition: Matsue heavily toned, stains on verso; Shirasagi slightly out of register, slightly toned; Nijubashi with mild molding, stains on verso; Kude heavily toned, molding.
