Maxime Boulard de Villeneuve (French, 1884-1971)
Two Framed Drawings: Femme Tricotant and Dans la Chaise Longue. Initialed "BV" l.l. and l.r. respectively, both stamped "Atelier M.V.B." within an oval in red and titled on the frame backings. Femme pencil on paper, Chaise pencil and ink on paper, sight sizes to 10 1/2 x 7 1/4 in. Condition: Toning, Femme with losses to both corners on left side, Chaise with glue stains to l.l. and u.r. corners, not examined out of frames.

According to the inscription on the frame backing, the provenance is through Wally Findlay Gallery, Palm Beach.
