Sylvester Clarke Salem Bridge Shelf Clock, Salem Bridge, Connecticut, c. 1830, flat-top mahogany case with full-length door flanked by flat pilasters and Corinthian capitals, painted iron Roman numeral dial with subsidiary seconds, brass, eight-day, time and strike, "Salem Bridge" movement, compounded weights and a pendulum, ht. 28 1/2 in.
Lower tablet replaced with paper picture. Veneer chip below door key is off but present. Some veneer loss to case, Paw feet missing two toes and one is broken but with the clock
