Large Open Face Split Second Chronograph, F.L. Lobner/Berlin, W9, c. 1890, with porcelain Arabic numeral dial signed as above, four hands off the center, seconds and register dials, stem wind and pin set gilt plate fully jeweled movement with lever escapement, dia. 64 mm.
