Silver Pair-cased Verge Pocket Watch, London, c. 1700, the outer silver-pinned painted bone case opens to the plain silver inner case with rotating shutter to winding aperture, silver champleve Roman numeral dial with outer Arabic minute markings marked Beeg, London, blued beetle and poker hands, gilt, swing-out, full- late, chain fusee, verge movement marked Ch. Beeg,158, with tulip pillars, pierced and engraved balance cock and foot, silver regulator disc, with silver key and chain, dia. 52 mm.
Two small losses to outer bone covering on front half of outer case. Watch will tick. Key in need of repair.
