Pair of Louis XV Beechwood Fauteuil, c. 1760, each with a cartouche-shaped caned backrest and seat with carved flower sprays to top-rail and valanced seat rail, raised on four cabriole legs with a carved palmette to each knee and terminating in a whorl foot, ht. 35 7/8 in.

Caning not original, but shows age. Professional restoration to feet and seats. Scattered worming. Some minor restored cracks to frame and joints, including one chair with a larger/more visible repaired crack to arm.
