Qashqai Rug, Southwest Persia, c. 1900, the field comprised of eight wide vertical stripes in shades of light green, red, ivory, blue, and soft yellow with an allover pattern of highly stylized floral boteh, all within a highly stylized rosette and vine main border, multiple floral meander minor borders, silk wefts, 6 ft. 3 in. x 4 ft. 1 in.
