Condition: Scattered paint losses and abrasions, surface grime.

Provenance: Currier Museum of Art, Manchester, New Hampshire, sold to benefit the acquisitions fund.

Medium includes a small area of sand mixed with the oil. The losses are pin-point sized, primarily grouped in the lower center and in the upper left quadrant. The work would benefit from cleaning.
