Also marked "RESERVED" in pencil on the reverse. Numbered "GF-238" on the label from Vose Galleries of Boston and in pencil on the reverse. Canvas board with a maker's label from F. Weber Co., Philadelphia.

Under UV light there are some brushstrokes in the sky that fluoresce slightly, but it may be new varnish rather than retouch. There is also one small area of retouch in the water, 1/8 inch diameter, in the u.r. quadrant , 3 3/4 inches in from the right side and 4 1/2 inches down from the top. likely to fill a small paint loss.
