George III Sterling Silver Bowl, London, December 1, 1784-July 25th, 1785, maker's mark "H-," made for export, the swirled gadrooned circular body with a gold-washed interior, floral and foliate motifs radiating from the squat circular foot, and two figural handles joined by scrolls, lg. handle to handle 9 5/8 in., approx. 18.5 troy oz.
In good overall condition with rubbing to gold-washed areas (exterior probably originally gold-washed now only traces remaining), one handle pushed in to body.
