Georgian Sterling Silver Coffeepot, bearing marks for London, 1737-38, Francis Spilsbury I, maker, tall, tapered form with floral sprays and swirled gadrooning to the body, with a flared foot and wood handle, ht. 10 in., approx. 26.9 troy oz.
Over polished/no patina. Finial may be replaced. Armorial very worn/rubbed. No monogram removal. Handle may have been removed/replaced. Shallow dents and metal fatigue to foot rim. Foot rim slightly flattened. Scattered nicks and surface abrasions. Marks not crisp.
