Aerial Act, 1940, edition of 55 plus trial proofs, published by the Federal Art Project (Brooklyn Museum, 36). Signed "Schanker" in pencil l.r., titled in pencil l.c., monogrammed within the block. Color woodcut on Japan paper, image size 12 x 14 in. (30.4 x 35.5 cm),unmatted, unframed.
Condition: Margins over 1 1/2 inches, unobtrusive creases and soiling to margins.

Provenance: From the collection of WPA artist Maxwell Mandell, by descent to the current owner.
