George III Mahogany Bureau Bookcase, late 18th/early 19th century, stepped cornice above two cabinet doors enclosing a shelved interior on a slant-lid desk with a felt writing surface a fitted interior above three rows of drawers on later bracket feet, ht. 76 1/2, wd. 30 3/4, dp. 17 1/2 in.

interior and exterior of the lid with extensive damage and veneer loss, a section of molding that guides the top to the base is missing, refinished and replaced hardware, cracks to the veneer throughout, the top and base are married
