Two Painted Cast Iron Mechanical "Owl" Banks, J. & E. Stevens, c. 1880, when lever is depressed the owl turns its head to reveal the coin slot on its left shoulder, ht. 7 1/2 in.

One with non glass eyes, and "patd no 232628" on bottom, lacking coin cover.
