French Marble and Gilt Statuary Clock, c. 1870, a young girl playing a hurdy-gurdy leans against the clock topped with grapes and short pipes, 3-in porcelain Roman numeral dial with illegible maker and location, blued-steel Breguet-style hands, spring-powered, eight-day, time and count-wheel strike movement regulated by a pendulum, with a white marble base, an ebonized wooden base and glass dome, ht. 15 1/2 in.
Clock ticks but is not striking, case with minor wear and losses, appears to retain the original wooden pedestal and glass dome.
