Heman Clark Mahogany Shelf Clock, Plymouth, Connecticut, c. 1820, case-on-case form with freestanding columns flanking the painted iron Arabic numeral dial and marked H. Clark, Plymouth, seconds dial and blued steel hands, the lower reverse-painted tablet with stenciled border and gristmill scene on a river with waterfall, eight-day time and strike "Salem Bridge" movement with pendulum and two compound suspended, cast iron weights, ht. 26 1/2 in.
