Martially Marked Colt Third Model Dragoon Revolver, c. 1852, serial number 12151 with all matching numbers, walnut one-piece grip with silver-plated brass backstrap and trigger guard, steel frame marked COLTS/PATENT/U.S., steel cylinder has very little remaining scene left, marked on top of barrel ADDRESS SAML COLT NEW-YORK CITY, barrel lg. 7 1/2, overall lg. 15 in.

Very little finish left on steel parts, most silver-plate is gone on brass, light pitting on barrel, no visible cartouche on grip.
