No. 3 Remington-Hepburn Single Shot Rifle, c. 1883-1907, serial number 6403, walnut stock with Swiss-type buttplate, vernier tang peep sight, steel receiver marker HEPBURN.S PAT/OCT. 7TH, 1879, top of barrel marked E. REMINGTON & SONS. ILION. N.Y., bottom of barrel marked 38.2 1/4, barrel lg. 30, overall lg. 48 in.

Stock has a few dings and a small crack at wrist, steel parts are plum colored with some light scattered rust spots.
