Model 1866 Allin Conversion Trapdoor Springfield, c. 1866, walnut stock with light cartouche mark and steel fittings, lockplate dated 1864 and marked U.S./SPRINGFIELD, breechblock marked MODEL 1866 over an eagle, barrel lg. 40, overall lg. 56 in.
