Spencer Carbine, c. late 19th century, serial number 12686, walnut stock with steel fittings, top of receiver marked SPENCER REPEATING/RIFLE CO. BOSTON MASS/PAT'D MARCH 6 1860, left side has saddle bar and ring, barrel lg. 22, overall lg. 39.
Estimate $700-900

Some dings and nicks on stock, has a coating of shellac on wood, steel parts have no finish and some scattered pitting.
