Stevens New Model Pocket Rifle, Second Issue, c. late 19th century, serial number 9703, rosewood grip with nickel-plated frame, steel barrel marked on octagonal near breech J. STEVENS & CO. CHICOPEE/FALLS MASS. PAT SEP. 6. 1864, with nickel-plated shoulder stock, barrel lg. 12, overall lg. 26 in.

Provenance: From the collection of the late Peter F. Frazier and M. Prudence Fleck.

In very good condition with little blueing remaining on the barel.
