Imperial Russian Gold-washed .875 Silver Throne-form Salt Cellar, Moscow, c. 1870, maker's mark "AK," assayer's mark "B.C," possibly for Veniamin Savinsky, engraved throughout with various motifs including a rooster to the seat, foliate scrollwork, and inscriptions, ht. 2 1/4 in., approx. 1.7 troy oz.
