Pair of George III Satinwood Veneer Gate-leg Games Tables, late 18th century, each with a hinged demilune top with rosewood crossbanding to the edge and a central fan paterae with demilune penwork flowerheads on a green-stained harewood ground, opening to a velvet-lined surface and raised on four square tapering legs headed by flowerheads and terminating in cuffed feet, ht. 29 3/4, wd. 35, closed dp. 17 1/4 in.

Each with veneer loss, cracks and replacement particularly to edge, varnish dry and flaking, replaced hardware to joints between top and apron, scattered worming to underside, scattered minor restorations to base panels, feet replaced. Minor usage wear abrasion to legs. One with small crack to apron (visible from underside) and corresponding loss to segment off veneer to front left area beside knee.
