Arthur G. Spear (American, 1883-1967),Taj Mahal, signed and dated "Arthur G. Spear 1958" l.r., inscribed "Arthur G. Spear Portland, Maine" in pencil and identified on a label from Dartmouth College, both on the reverse, oil on canvasboard, 12 x 16 in., framed; Pat O'Carroll (American, 20th Century),Road through a Wooded Landscape, signed "P. O'Carroll" l.l., with a label from Dartmouth College on the stretcher, oil on canvas, 34 1/2 x 24 1/2 in., unframed; and William Thomas (Will) Hollingsworth (American, 1891-1975),Grey Season, signed and dated "Will Hollingsworth '63" l.r., identified on labels from Dartmouth College affixed to the reverse, oil on canvas, 18 x 22 in., framed.
Provenance: Sold to benefit the acquisition fund of the Hood Museum of Art, Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire.
