Watercolor on paper, 19 x 24 3/4 in. (48.3 x 62.9 cm),framed.
Condition: Staining to edges, rippling, not examined out of frame.

Provenance: From the estate of artist Paul Burlin (1886-1969).

Remnants of a second signature, now erased, located at u.l. corner of sheet as now oriented. Two small tears at bottom edge, one measuring 1/2 inch and the second measuring1/4 inch. Rippling to sheet. Acid burn at extreme edges with scattered staining to edges, more pronounced along the lower edge. Handling creases at outer edges of sheet. Paper bears unidentified watermark (see condition photos).
