Still Life with Shells and Insects
Unsigned.
Oil on panel, 11 5/8 x 14 7/8 in. (29.5 x 37.8 cm), in a Hermann Dudley Murphy for Carrig Rohane Arts & Crafts frame.
Condition: Varnish inconsistencies, craquelure.
Estimate $1,000-1,500

Frame signed "19 [inscribed 'm'] 11/Carrig-Rohane 936/Thulin-Murphy Co./Boston" on the reverse. Streaky varnish consistencies, no additional condition issues to report.

Original panel has been thinned and mounted to the panel that is visible on the back.
