Russian .875 Silver Traveling Tea Service, St. Petersburg, c. 1908, maker's mark Cyrillic VK, possibly for Vasily Kangin, all engraved with a crown and monogram, bearing first kokoshnik mark: a tray, tea kettle, two-piece stand, spirit burner, teapot, creamer, sugar, tea caddy, spirit canister, and seasoning container with two compartments, all interiors with gold wash; bearing second kokoshnik mark: straining spoon with gold-washed bowl; all in a fitted leather case with canvas cover labeled for retailer M.I. Drozjin, St. Petersburg; together with six .875 silver teaspoons, St. Petersburg, 1908-17, maker's mark "AA," with conforming monogram and fitted pouch, approx. 84.6 total troy oz.

Tea service bearing traces of gold wash to exterior. All with age-typical usage wear. Scattered specks of black silver rot. All components hallmarked. Tray with heat mark to underside. Spirit burner lacking interior cover. Teapot with loss to interior gold wash. Handle re-wrapped. Spirit canister with small dent to cover. Case and cover with age-typical wear.
