Octavo, lacking initial ?blank; no copies of this edition listed in ESTC or Worldcat; ESTC shows one edition, printed in 1635 and held in two locations worldwide: the British Library copy in the U.K. and one copy held in a private library in North America; license on verso of title also dated 1636; bound in full contemporary limp English parchment, ruled and tooled in gilt on spine and both covers, contents water stained; the text block stab-sewn with thread, and stabbed through with four parchment slips laced through the covers, 6 1/4 x 4 1/4 in.
Bradshawe's biography seems unknown, save for this particular work, which is so obscure, the DNB notes that it is "unnoticed by all bibliographers."
