Second state, double-paged folio engraving on paper, hand-outlined, matted and framed, with an inset of Boston Harbor; the paper evenly toned, taped onto a heavy sheet of cardstock, frame has failed, the map now housed in a print sleeve, 20 3/4 x 26 1/4 in.
