Single parchment sheet, printed document, the body completed by a secretarial hand, signed by Monroe. Concerning John Wolf, his title to eighty acres of public land in Ohio, countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham, with paper seal. Old folds, some surface abrasion and discoloration, framed, 15 1/4 x 9 in.
